Join us for a wonderful festive feast with our New Year's Eve Gala Dinner served at 6pm on 31st December.
- Roasted plum tomato soup with creme fraiche and basil oil.
- Homemade duck parfait with toasted brioche and plum and apple chutney.
- Wild mushroom fricasse in garlic herb butter with chargrilled ciabatta.
- Salmon and citrus salad.
- Parmesan and parsley crusted pork fillet, Madeira sauce and dauphinoise potatoes.
- Apricot and thyme chicken roulade, red wine sauce and dauphinoise potatoes.
- Au Paupiette of cod and king prawns with white wine, lemon and herbs.
- Beetroot and goats cheese risotto with root vegetable crisps and fine herb salad.
- Served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes.
- Trio of handmade desserts.
- Profiteroles in a rich chocolate sauce.
